Gartner Inc. has named Salesforce as a Leader in its Magic Quadrant for Configure, Price, Quote Application Suites of 2021. Moreover, it is the fifth year in a row that yearly report of Gartner Magic Quadrant positioned Salesforce as a Leader.
Firstly, Gartner Magic Quadrant placed Salesforce CPQ in the highest place according to its ability to execute. Secondly, they placed Salesforce Industries CPQ in the furthest place for completeness of vision. Therefore, Salesforce is the leader in Magic Quadrant for Configure, Price, Quote Application Suites.

This research reviewed Configure Price Quote products of Salesforce against 15 other solution providers of the same industry. Salesforce CPQ got the highest Critical Capabilities scores for the Self-Service Sales Use Case. Also, Salesforce Industries CPQ got the highest score for Subscription Management Use Case.
