Global Dreamforce
Salesforce announced global Dreamforce, the first-ever to take place. This will join San Francisco and other cities around the world, including New York City, London, and Paris, to an in-person and digital platform from September 21-23, 2021.
Throughout 2020, Salesforce decided to totally revamp Dreamforce, and will host the all-digital Dreamforce to You which continues to bring the power of Dreamforce to innovators globally, with a viewership exceeding 140 million views, a live-streamed keynote, especially curated content for attendees, and a digital learning experience which span the course of 4 days. Dreamforce 2021 will further on this success, joining creative, inspirational, and captivating in-person and digital experiences across a global campus into one event.
The most important factor of Dreamforce 2021 will be health and safety. Salesforce will adhere by all local COVID-19 health guidelines. In the United States, anyone who will attend in-person will be required to be fully vaccinated against the COVID-19 virus. Experts in medical fields, including Dr. Larry Brilliant, a world-renowned epidemiologist, will help Salesforce ensure the safety of all in-person guests. Salesforce will also join forces with Marriott, a longtime partner of Salesforce, to take full potential of the best practices in the industry to create safe experiences.
According to the current health protocols of San Francisco, in-person conventions will be limited to 5000 attendees unless negative COVID-19 test results or vaccination status is verified for all attendees. International guests can attend the convention only if they are fully vaccinated. There are no guidelines available yet from the state or city for hosting convention events of that size.
Dreamforce 2021 will be the 19th annual Dreamforce experience, hosted by the creators of the event, Salesforce. The event is designed as a family reunion designed to bring together the entire Salesforce community — customers, partners, employees, students, and more — to learn, connect, have fun, and give back.
