Axo AI on Agentforce assists in production planning and procurement. As the user schedules a manufacturing order (MO) for 10 units of the "Adaptor" product, Axo AI detects a shortage of a critical component—Capacitor 1000µF 25V—with none available in stock. It instantly recommends a best vendor (Faber Vendor) with a 2-day lead time, suggests vendor consolidation, and offers actionable choices like creating a purchase order directly. This smart integration ensures smooth production by preemptively resolving material shortages.
The PO is created.
Capacitor is added as a PO Line Item.
Once the purchase order is created we can ask it to send it for approval as you see on the prompt and the PO is submitted for approval.
Approval email notification is sent.
You can approve or reject the request.
